An ‘insider’ view of neurodiversity in the workplace
One of our most popular courses which can be tailored to suit your organisation.
The session includes a brief exploration into current research on teachers, and other adult professionals with the neurodivergent variant of dyslexia and dyspraxia. The research is realised by providing an insight into the experience of one teacher with dyslexia and dyspraxia. The ‘insider’ view will provide attendees the opportunity to share useful tools and techniques on how to engage and empower neurodivergent colleagues, with an emphasis on how education institutions could take a more formal approach by designing and implementing policy which accommodates neurodiversity in the workplace, leading to an increase in wellbeing and productivity.
The session will be interactive and will provide an insight into neurological conditions not commonly associated with adult professionals.
